We wish to invite you to our 3rd Annual Taiwanese Career Fair, taking place February 2-3, 2009 at MIT. In our previous event, we had around 200 students participating from over 30 U.S. universities; we expect both numbers to grow in the 2009 fair. Benefits for participating companies in the fair include:

  • Recruit international talents:
    • Direct interaction and interview opportunities with multicultural talents.
    • Access to a resume database consisting of highly qualified candidates from over 100 U.S. universities.
  • Publicize your company:
    • Media coverage by MIT's campus newspaper, the Tech, and local Chinese news media including World Journal and Epoch Times (See Media Coverage).
    • Company information and job opening opportunities distributed to students from over 100 universities via career services offices, language departments, and Taiwanese student organizations.
  • Establish relationship with MIT:
    • Opportunity to interact with the MIT Industrial Liaison Program and other school officials to establish and facilitate future collaboration with MIT.

The registration deadline is 11/28/2008 (New extended deadline 12/12/2008). There are two sponsorship plans for you to choose:

A. Standard Plan (Registration Fee: $1600)
— Companies send representatives to MIT for the fair, reception, and interviews. Benefits:

  1. A standard-sized booth
  2. A CD of student resumes
  3. Free lunch and dinner for representatives on the day of Career Fair
  4. Wireless internet access and on the day of Career Fair
  5. On-campus interview rooms after the Career Fair
  6. Opportunity for hosting company presentations or information sessions
  7. Logos on the website and all Career Fair-related publicity materials

B. Mini Plan (Registration Fee: $2500)
— Recruiting materials are sent instead of company representatives. Recruiting materials will be distributed at the fair. Benefits:

  1. A CD of student resumes
  2. Logos on the website and all Career Fair-related publicity materials
