  5. R&D engineer
    • Responsibilities:
      1. Major duties at this position include the analysis, modeling, simulation, design and development of advanced power conversion circuits for computer, telecommunication, motor drive, lighting, automotive, and industrial applications.
      2. Involved in the development and implementation of digital control and power management for the next generation of single- and poly-phase high-frequency, switch-mode off-line converters, inverters, and dc/dc converters with high efficiency, high power-density, and high reliability.
    • Education: Ph. D. degree or an M.S. degree in power electronics. Prospective candidates must possess in-depth knowledge in the field of analog and digital electronics, control, semiconductors, magnetics, simulations, and packaging.
    • Experience:
      1. With experience in application of digital technology (control/power management) in power conversion circuits.
      2. Hands-on experience in using DSPs and microcontrollers, and have a proven record of contributing new ideas and concepts in the power conversion area.
    • Skills Required: Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
