9:00 am - 4:00 pm Stata Center 1st Floor (TSMC Lobby)
The Stata Center houses the MIT Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory, and is one of the busiest locations on the MIT campus. At all times of the day, students can be seen waiting for classes to start, eating, studying and having discussions here. For the purpose of improving attendance, we will be providing refreshments and snacks as well as souvenir items from participating companies on the day of the Fair. There will be an information booth where students can make general inquiries and also register for interviews with specific companies. Each company will have a separate booth manned by one or two representatives for the purpose of doing company introductions. Beverages and lunch will be provided for the representatives.
Company Briefings

More than three hundred students have their research housed in the RLE, spanning many fields including Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Solid State Physics, Photonics and Material Science. The Haus conference room has a complete suite of conference equipment (projectors, microphones), and is well-suited for small meetings like this one. Each company is to give a 20 minute briefing. Companies are encouraged to be more creative with their presentations – a trivia game at the end, for example, would not be out of the question. Refreshments and snacks will be provided for participants.
Reception
6:30 pm - 9:00 pm Stata Center 4th Floor 4th floor R&D Pub
The Reception will be held in the style of a cocktail reception, so as to encourage company representatives and students to mingle.
